How do I access my cPanel control panel?
You can access cPanel directly at yourdomain.com/cpanel or through the link in your welcome email. Log in with the username and password provided in your hosting account confirmation email. You can also find the cPanel login link in your OrbitHost client area under "My Hosting" → "Manage."
How do I transfer my existing website to OrbitHost?
We offer free website migration for all new customers. Simply open a support ticket after purchasing your hosting plan, and our migration team will move your website, databases, emails, and DNS settings to OrbitHost with zero downtime. Most migrations are completed within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and M-Pesa (for Kenyan customers). All payment pages are secured with SSL encryption. Invoices are issued in USD by default, with KES and GBP available on request for customers in Kenya and the UK respectively.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your client area with no downtime. Upgrades are effective immediately and you'll be charged only the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Our support team can assist if you need help deciding which plan is right for you.
What is your refund policy?
All hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our billing team for a full refund — no questions asked. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. After the 30-day window, refunds are not issued for unused portions of subscription terms.
